Jim Ballou Jim is a photographer currently living in the Washington, D.C. area with his Partner and an array of dogs, birds, fish and other creatures. He received his first camera at the tender age of 8 years and was hooked for life on taking photographs.He began his first foray into professional photography close to 30 years ago and through a series of life's twists and turns he has put together a career in creative services industries; from managing design studios to 4-color production offset printshops.
